Grand Knight Raymond Iacovone presented Assumption Council #3397’s “Chaplain of the Year” Award to the Fr. Robert Sinatra of Marian Council 3784, Cherry Hill, NJ.

Assumption Knights took the opportunity to present the award to Fr. Sinatra at the Sunday, June 8, 2014, Church of St. Bridget’s celebration of “Father Rob’s” 40th birthday and 10th anniversary of his ordination. It was appropriate that the fellowship fell on Pentecost Sunday!

Fr. Robert Sinatra was selected as Assumption 3397’s Chaplain of the Year for the gift of his ministry to the parish of St. Bridget and to the Rowan University Campus Catholic Ministry, for his work on the Camden Diocese Tribunal, for his work as the Knights of Columbus Camden Diocese Coordinator of Chaplains, for his spiritual direction as Chaplain of Marian Council, for his leadership in helping reactivate Assumption 3397, and for his impassioned pulpit announcements in support of Assumption Council’s activities.

“Father Rob” humbly accepted the award and told council all he did was open his mouth. Assumption Council 3397 continues to thank the Lord for his gift.
